Overview of the Nucleon

The Nucleon with the controlling computer and joystick.
The Nucleon is a computer based WiFi vehicle running Windows XP.  I built the Nucleon because of the inability to customize existing RC vehicles on the market.

Because it runs Windows XP and can run most programming languages, this gives the Nucleon huge possibilities.

Constructed from aluminum and stainless, this machine is also very durable, which is required to protect the internal computer system from the elements.  For a discussion on the hardware and construction, click here.

The current software consists of a client/server control software, and is written in Visual Basic 6.  Any WiFi enabled computer can control the machine.  For more information on the software, click here
